Account Registration:
To participate, customers must be 18 years or older and complete the account registration process, ensuring compliance with FICA regulations. Only one account per individual is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be deactivated.

Deposits and Withdrawals:

• Deposits must originate from personal accounts, and amounts exceeding R10,000 require proof of funds (e.g., bank statements or payslips).
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawals can be processed.

Betting Rules:

• All betting markets and limits are determined by Goldrush and may change at their discretion.
• Related contingency bets are not permitted (e.g., betting on two outcomes that influence each other).

Customers are responsible for keeping account details secure and reporting any unauthorised access. Goldrush is not liable for losses incurred before such reporting. Goldrush reserves the right to verify customer information and refuse or limit accounts if compliance is not met. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to the Gauteng Gambling Board.
